Liturgical

Liturgical Ministry Members serve Our Faith Community in the following ways:

Altar Servers
Grades 4 and up. Training provided

Eucharistic Ministers
Assist with the distribution of the Eucharist with prayer, reverence and dignity. Training required of new ministers.

Lectors
Proclaim God's Word. Initial and occasional training required.

Ushers & Greeters
Warmly greet participants, assist with seating, collection and communion procedures.

Sacristan
Prepare the Altar and surroundings for the Liturgy.

Seamstress
Make and mend banners and vestments to enhance the Liturgical celebrations. Sew by machine or hand.

Calligrapher
Print or help design programs or other special materials used to enhance the Liturgical celebrations.

Art & Environment
Design and decorate the church for Liturgical celebrations.

Cantor
Lead the congregation in singing. Training provided. Need not be a choir member

Organist
Training provided.

Choir
Sing in one of the Choirs: Adult Choir, Youth Choir, or the Children's Choir.
